- In a medium fry pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and saute the garlic until slightly brown.
- Spread the olive oil/garlic mixture around and add the zucchini.
- Saute until the zucchini are slightly soft.
- Mix in the soy sauce/tamari to finish.
